With over 20 years of experience, Refugee and
Immigration Services (RIS Va) provides immigration counseling, assistance in completing immigration forms, and assistance in many immigration matters in the Greater Richmond,
Hampton Roads, Roanoke Valley and Harrisonburg,
Virginia areas. In each
location RIS employs an immigration counselor who specializes in immigration
counseling. The RIS immigration counseling program is accredited by the Board
of Immigration Appeals.
This is a fee-based program dedicated to
making affordable immigration counseling available to those with limited resources.

an appointment. All of Refugee and
Immigration Services locations are very busy, and walk-ins are rarely accepted. Waiting time for an appointment is often three (3) weeks.
